    14 May 2014 • 10:58 am •
  18. To Miss Miya : Sisi marriage years is from 19 till 30 ngesi zulu if u older than that they uyifitwa and shouldn’t wear a white dress. White dress symbolises leaving being a pure girl to being a woman. Manje ke lo she is leaving the mama era to ubugogo why egqoke kanje ?

    14 May 2014 • 11:03 am •
    • Hayi Nodoli
      1. This dress is not white and is not a typical wedding gown. Check the colour again. Actually that dress is a symbol of royalty
      2. She has not covered with a veil, which symbolises purity
      3. She is not Zulu

Let old people enjoy their money tuu. Here we discuss, applaud and criticise weddings not people’s ages because some people realize their dreams of a western wedding years after being traditionally married.

      15 May 2014 • 11:29 am •
    • @Nodoli, you must move with the times. If I am the bride and I want to wear a pink wedding dress I will do so because it’s my day. For your information initially brides wore black dresses so a bride must wear anything they fill like wearing and why follow a trend create your own.

      Miss Lee

    • yes they are bitter! what if she had been waiting for Mr Right for her entire life only to find one at her age! Hay suka, as if you will never be old one day!! the important thing is she is happy at this point in time and I fully cellebrate with her! DOnt go about telling us about your ZUlu tradition because I am sure you are not a virgin and if you are married, you were not a virgin!! Niyadika marn yhazi nge jealousy e unnecessary let alone the negative energy !!!

      23 May 2014 • 12:11 pm •
  19. it’s a very simple wedding hey, I guess Ntate Motlanthe just wanted to get married gore a tlogele go nna lekgwatlha, he always wers this same suit when he goes to meetings. * Just Saying* the onky different thing is the bow tie and a black nutton shirt.

    Miss Lee

  20. Nna I am just suprised to see that the fancy, expensive tent has not been draped at all. They only put a back-drop and those chandeliers behind the main table. I take it gore Ntate Motlanthe did not want to spend his pension fund on a one day celebration, and le the fact that he still has to maintain his first wife ka R30 000 every month, must be hard on the old man.

    16 May 2014 • 10:40 am •
  21. Congratulations Mr deputy president

    17 May 2014 • 10:44 am •
  22. TJOH Some people can be so harsh and arrogant…can’t we let people live and realise their dreams as they wish. Not everybody is forced to follow what is written in the book, we are free even at 50yrs one can wear her white gown. We all deserve to be happy and it’s not the age that is suppose to stop us, unless we are dressed respectful without being too revealing or nearly naked other wise I don’t c y people like to call other people names or send nasty comments. My sister got married at 38YRS with her white gown and it wasnt even an issue most pple do det. Do wht makes you happy finish, you dont like dont do it but respect other pples decisions.

    19 May 2014 • 7:09 pm •
  23. Hayi. I’v always loved dis disent couple. The dress is real class and elegent. May the good Lord bless and keep them.

    22 May 2014 • 6:00 am •
  24. Hai ke Nodoli waze wawukhuluma umbhedo cc but i dnt blame u cc..u gt married wen u wer 19 wen gals yo age wer busy studying

    22 May 2014 • 10:19 pm •

  28. Hayi Old Mutual wedding is not Ayoba. I agree with Nodoli. All this time Kgalema was a vat n sit vele ?

    29 May 2014 • 1:50 pm •
  29. Hi there!

Can anyone please tell me where the lovely couple got that transparent tent from? Anybody know of a place in Gauteng or North West Province?

    11 June 2014 • 12:19 pm •
  30. There is no hurry in Mzansi. Congrats to the couple!

    27 June 2014 • 1:16 pm •
  31. that’s respectful n encouraging wedding though, this it says to lot of old men out there to marry their women even if they are old coz som of men out there they didnt even paid lobola from their women in sepedi they call it “ba dio beka fela”

    26 July 2014 • 8:19 pm •
  32. Ey bathong as long as the 2 people getting married are happy, that’s all that matters. Not everybody gets the chance to get married at the age of 18yrs and still a virgin maan. If you only find your prince charming ka 50yrs, so what? Oksalayo he’s making a decent out of you and you still get to have the dream wedding you wanted. The colour of the dress ke choice ya makoti, even if she wore an orange dress you would still criticize and say she should have worn white. And by the way if you’re gonna follow tradition, white symbolizes purity (being a virgin) How many can say they got married at the age of 29 and still a virgin? Get your facts right before uhamba ujudger abanye abantu. CONGRATS TO THE COUPLE 🙂
